Purchase & Book Event/Conference Consultation Session
Book club organization consulations are limited to one (1) hour sessions.

Event/Conference Consultation Fees and Description of Packages
Book Club Organization Consultations are limited to 1 hour sessions for $35.
Each package have a specific consultation track per one (1 hr) hour consultation in order to insure that all services described below are covered.
The entire fee is due up front for basic, bronze and silver packages. Letter of agreement must be signed prior to consultation services taking place. Please email us for more information regarding our consultation services.
Additional consultation support hours fee for gold and platinum packages is $20 per hour.
Please note: Basic & Bronze Packages are for literary events not conferences.
For conferences you must purchase a Silver, Gold or Platinum package.

* Two - (1) hour Consultation Sessions
* Basic Package plus: Go over how to create a timeline and budget for your event.
* Two - (1) hour Consultation Sessions
* Basic Package plus: Go over how to create a timeline and budget for your event.
Silver Package - $130
Includes:
* Four - (1) hour Consultation Sessions
* Bronze Package plus:
* Discuss how to secure and negotiate fees for venues, guest speakers and other fee for service.
* Go over how to create a production schedule for before, during and after your event and how to promote your event.
* Four - (1) hour Consultation Sessions
* Bronze Package plus:

Gold Package - $429
Includes:

* Go over specific details for your event and create program itinerary.
* Create volunteer schedule, transportation schedule for guests.
* 5 hours of additional event consultation support included. (All sessions must be scheduled within 12 months)

Platinum Package - $800
Includes:
Gold Package plus:
* Go over final itinerary.
* Go through dry run of program and create production schedule.
* Plan volunteer conference call meeting.
* Plan final staff conference call meeting before event.
* Schedule post-event meeting with staff and volunteers.
* 15 hours of additional event consultation support included. (Consultation sessions can be used throughout the planning of your event)
Gold Package plus:

All Consultation Calls Are Recorded
All conference calls are recorded, which are available to the participant upon request.
